Our History
1977
Edward A. Dimitry founded AME Corporation in Little Falls, New Jersey, specializing in the custom manufacturing of quality commercial rubber products.
1980
Building on our unique strength in rubber-to-substrate bonding, our company launched its first two standard product lines just three years after our founding.
1985
Expanding upon our capabilities and production capacity, our company’s new headquarters opened up shop in Towaco, New Jersey.
2011
We opened our first fully independent location in Shanghai, China. This enabled us to consolidate staff in a central location to our Asian supply chain, further adding efficiency and responsiveness to our contract manufacturing services.
2016
Ehren Dimitry, son of founder Edward Dimitry, announced AME Corporation has changed its name to Panova.
Today
Panova continues to service clients who face technical challenges with their product development and contract manufacturing needs. Unlike vendors who compete as quoting machines, we leverage our engineering and supply chain expertise to become trusted partners, shaping solutions together with our clients.
