Can you mold parts in different colors?
Yes, parts can be manufactured in different colors. However, the material selected for your application can limit the color selection.
To what tolerance do you produce?
This depends on the size and complexity of your part. Typically, our parts will meet a minimum of ARPM-A2. Panova engineers can work with you to determine your product’s tolerance requirements.
What is the shelf life of my rubber part?
The shelf life can vary, depending on how you plan on storing your parts. For example, a part manufactured in silicone will typically have a shelf life of 20 years while the shelf life of an EPDM part is 5-10 years. Please contact a Panova engineer for the most accurate shelf life information.
How do I select the proper material for my application?

There are many factors to consider such as fluid and environmental exposure, dynamic or static application, exposure to heat or cold, among may other variable. A Panova engineer can work with your specific requirements and help select the optimal material.

Can you use my existing mold?

Typically, we can use existing molds, though depending on the condition of your mold and where it is currently located, it may be more economical to build a new mold at our Asian facility.

What design software do you use?

Our engineers work in SolidWorks, though they can work with a multitude of different CAD platforms. You can send us a file on the request a quote page and a Panova engineer will contact you to discuss your project.
