In addition to our extensive range of standard Switch Seal Boot configurations, Panova offers Specialized Switch Seal Boots in multiple models. These custom-engineered seal boots feature flexible, nonmetallic materials designed specifically to prevent entry of dust, moisture, and other contaminants into critical areas around shafts, levers, electrical wires and hoses. Sealing may be either static or dynamic.
Panova’s 6452 Circuit Breaker Boots come in three sizes. The sizes are determined by the thread of the hex nut.
Our Specialized Circuit Breaker Boot Assemblies:
- 6452-3 (NSN 5930-01-523-1780) (7/16-32 threads) – Circuit Breaker Push-Button Boot – 30 Duro Clear Silicone boot crimped to a brass hex nut with a black oxide finish. Each boot is bagged individually with a NBR O-ring.
- 6452-4 (NSN 5930-01-481-2289) (15/32-32 threads) – Circuit Breaker Push-Button Boot – 30 Duro Clear Silicone boot crimped to a brass hex nut with a black oxide finish. Each boot is bagged individually with a NBR O-ring.
- 6452-12 (M12 x 0.75 threads) – Circuit Breaker Push-Button Boot – 30 Duro Clear Silicone boot crimped to a brass hex nut with a black oxide finish. Each boot is bagged individually with a NBR O-ring.
- 6185-1 (NSN M5423/16-01) – Panel Bushing switch seal – 50 Duro Gray Silicone seal bonded to a stainless steel washer, seals the gap between the switch body and the panel hole to protect internal components and assemblies.
